We are looking for individuals with real character and personality to become the face of The Bell. From our bartenders we expect; imagination, drive, creativity, a thirst to know more and a very friendly face. 

Ideally you will have worked in a similar position in a similar venue working to high standards. Excellent communication and customer service skills are paramount and we will expect you to possess good spirits, wine and cocktail knowledge. Our bartenders need to possess an interest in the products and will demonstrate this through work.

We are looking for enthusiastic and talented waiting staff with a passion for customer service who are flexible, reliable and well organised to join and work within a team. Our waiting staff need to work on their own initiative as well as with others and have a genuine desire to work in the food and hospitality industry.

We are a busy two floor restaurant with a bar, so energy and a good attitude are crucial for this role.

EXPERIENCED house keeper/Room Attendant

We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on full-time housekeeper/room attendant to work in our award-winning country pub, restaurant and small hotel situated just outside Stratford-upon-Avon.

You will be part of a small team responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness within our guest bedrooms and throughout the pub. Duties may/will include; serving breakfast, ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are spotless at all times, bed making, bathroom cleanliness, vacuuming, high & low dusting and some furniture moving will be required. You will also be responsible for reporting any repairs or faults to the Head Housekeeper.

The ideal candidate will be friendly and energetic, have previous housekeeping experience, be capable of working to a high standard, have an excellent eye for detail and have their own transport due to rural location and hours of work.

Hours of work will be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 8am-4pm. However, the chosen candidate will need to be flexible as hours may vary.
