French Holiday Cottage

Our cottage in South East Brittany is situated at Les Tregouets which is a small hamlet 2 miles from the pretty village of Serent and 6 miles from the lovely riverside market town of Malestroit. It is 2 miles off the Ploermel - Vannes motorway; 1 1/2 hours due south of St Malo and 1/2 an hour from the coast at Vannes with all its watersport and beaches.
There are panoramic views of open countryside and several golf courses nearby for all standards.

The open plan living area is spacious, light and comfortablely furnished with plenty of seating. There is a TV, video, CD, tape and radio. There is a fully fitted kitchen with microwave and washing machine. There is a downstairs cloakroom.

The cottage is centrally heated and has a wood burning stove.
There is a terrace with table and chairs and barbeque overlooking the 2 acre garden with breathtaking views.
There are 2 double bedrooms 1 twin bedded room and a bathroom with shower on the first floor.

PRICES

As from May 2007 the cottage will have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. £500 per week with reduced rates for out of season.

Change over day is Saturday. Please note linen & towels are not provided.
