If you require dinner, please advise of the time when booking in order to guarantee a table as the restaurant may be very busy.
No smoking or pets in the bedrooms.
All damages and breakages must be paid for.
Check in time will be advised.
Confirmation of Reservations: We require credit card details to confirm any reservation. A deposit of £50 will be taken for each room booked.
Cancellation Policy: We require minimum of 5 days notice of any cancellation and, where this is the case, the deposit will be refunded. However, in the case of cancellation within 5 days of check-in, the deposit will not be refunded but will be kept on account for the guest and to be used as a deposit for a future booking within one year of the original check-in date. If cancellation is within 48 hours of arrival, guests will be charged for the first nights accommodation.
