Experienced, Assistant Manager/Bar Supervisor
This is a full time position for an individual with drive, determination and self motivation to succeed. The ideal candidate should have a natural flare for customer service and be able to demonstrate interpersonal skills to customers, colleagues and senior management. You should be able to inspire others through your experience, knowledge and commitment and dedication to hard work. The role will include: Supporting the General Manager, Working as duty manager in the absence of the General Manager, Working to very high customer service standards, Working in a high quality high turnover food lead outlet, Key holding / Stock ordering / Cash Handling, Supporting staff training and development , Covering the General managers holidays

Waiter/Waitress
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a waiter/waitress to join our existing team. Applicants must possess and demonstrate enthusiasm for the role possess both people and customer service skills, being friendly, polite and professional as well as being flexible to work shifts. The applicant should have experience working in a similar role, with front of house or bar work experience being preferable. It would be advantageous for the applicant to have their own transport due to location and working hours. Full and part time positions can be considered. Good rates of pay and working conditions. A trial shift will be necessary as part of the interview process.

Part time House keeper/s
To include weekend work cleaning and preparing the pub, restaurant and guest bedrooms

Part time kitchen porter/s
To assist in cleaning the kitchen and kitchen equipment and will include pot washing, clearing and sorting and light food preparation work. Hours may be negotiated but some weekend work will be required.
